The customer will agree to the following terms and conditions when ever an order is placed.

These terms and conditions applies to all order placed on the website ShopspotUK.com in agreement with the buyer.
Territory
Purchasing from this website ShopSpotUK is always applicable under the English law. We always encourage to settle any dispute out of the court before proceeding further.
Products        Â
An accurate description of the products it present on the website and all order will be delivered as per the description and images.
Pricing        Â
All prices displayed on the website ShopspotUK are in UK Pounds (£), including the VAT. The price of the product will not include the shipping charges. Change in prices can be expected any time.
Delivery charges        Â
All the products listed on ShopSpotUK offer free delivery with Economy Delivery.. Customer have the option to select through different delivery methods. Delivery Chargers paid are non-refundable.
Delivery Time       Â
All orders placed on public holiday or after the cut off time will be processed on the next working day. For example any order placed on the weekends or public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Also all order placed after the cut off time 15:00 will be processed on the next working day.
We mean Working days
We do not count holidays and weekends in delivery times.
Delayed Delivery       Â
If any order has been delayed, we request the customers to contact the customer support and we will proceed on accordingly as per the company policy.
Order Confirmation Email        Â
All new orders are confirmed with automatic email at the time of order placing.
Digital Invoice        Â
When an order is placed on the website the invoice is always considered as Digital Invoice. If there is any error in the invoice kindly contact us immediately and matter will be resolved.
Order Cancel        Â
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they can inform the customer support via call, live chat, Whatsapp or email before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched then the customer will have to wait for the delivery and then return it back to us.
Missing Order        Â
If there is any issue with the order received i.e. the order is incorrect or some item is missing, immediately contact the customer support and we will proceed on rectifying the issue.
Parcel Reception
Always check the received package thoroughly at the time of delivery for any damage, if the package is damaged immediately inform the customer support with proper proof so that the damages can be investigated. If there is no report of damage or missing item at the time of delivery , then the package will be considered as safely delivered and no complain will be entertained by ShoSpotUK regarding the parcel in the future.
Defected Product
All products sold by ShopSpotUK are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Department and then approved to be sold on the website. If any customer receives any defective item, it must be reported immediately to the customer support in order to proceed to a resolution.
Warranty
All manufacturing defects are covered under the warranty, if there is any defect due to the usage of the product by the customer the the warranty is voided.
If the product is tampered by the customer in any way then the warranty will not be validated.
If the product is not returned in the original condition the the warranty will be voided.
- We offer a 1 month Money Back warranty.
- We offer a 3 months seller warranty on all product.
- 10% restocking fee will be charged for all unwanted items.
- The refund shall be processed to the same source where the payment has come from.
If the mode of payment is PayPal, a 3% PayPal fee shall be applicable in case the buyer requests a return for a refund.
Return Policy        Â
We have a 30 Days, No Questions Asked return policy. If the customer desires to return the received product because of any reasons:
- He/should do so in the first 30 days of the dispatch date
- Contact Dickens Direct and describe the issue
For all products with valid warranty, return instructions will be provided and we request to send the item back to us following the instructions provided.
Return Conditions     Â
- If a customer wishes to return the product, the product should be complete , i..e, no part of the item should be missing
- Include all of the accessories (data cable, charger, earphones, etc.)
- Must be returned in the condition as it was received
- Properly packed preferred to be in the original packaging.
Return Processing     Â
- Once the item(s) have been received and accepted by ShopSpotUK, the customer will have the following option:
- He/she is offered a replacement product or any other product of equal value
- Full refund will be issued with in the warranty period
Note: ShopspotUK have the right to change/modify any terms or conditions as they see suitable.
- We only deliver the item to the billing address. If you wish the item to be delivered to a different address we’d require a proof of ID as well as proof of shipping address so that we can process your order and dispatch.
