Overview

We offer 1 month of refund warranty, all order past this time frame will not be entertained.

To qualify for a return the item must be unused and in original condition.

We require a proof of purchase in order to process a return.

We offer partial refund in certain situation.

Refunds

We will notify the customer once the returned item is received back and will also notify if the order or return is rejected due to any reason.

If the refund is approved then the refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Late or missing refunds

We encourage our customers to check with the bank if any refund is not received in case of issuance from our end.

If all of the above has been done and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email etc.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, we can not refund any sale item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged initially. If any products need to be exchange for the same item, send us an email so that we can proceed on accordingly.

Gifts

If any product is bought as a gift and wants to return, then the refund will be issued to the original payer.

Shipping returns

If an item is damaged upon delivery then the return will be offered by us but the there is change of mind then the customer will have to bear the return charges and those returns charges are not refundable.
